As a registered osteopath with a First-Class Honours degree, I provide treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including back and neck pain, joint problems, sports injuries, and movement restrictions. My approach is always guided by thorough clinical assessment and tailored to your individual needs, goals, and lifestyle.

Alongside osteopathy, I offer specialist clinical lymphatic therapy, including Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Decongestive Lymphatic Therapy (DLT). This allows me to support post-operative recovery, reduce swelling, improve comfort, and help people manage long-term lymphatic conditions with confidence.

Before qualifying as an osteopath, I trained to Level 5 in Clinical Massage, building a strong foundation in hands-on therapy, rehabilitation, and patient care.

Outside of clinic, I have trained in martial arts for many years, from competing and coaching in kickboxing to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, where I currently hold a brown belt. This experience has given me a deep appreciation of movement, resilience, recovery, and performance, principles that continue to shape my clinical practice today.
